The Fall (and the Bastille)

My bride was to have been Susan Mary;  but she arrived on Bastille Day, and her father, a WWII vet, decided she would be Suzanne Marie instead, in honor of our wartime allies.
Had she survived, she would have been sixty-seven years old today.
God rest her sweet soul.
