Viridio-vision

The wise old philosopher-linguist  Professor Lass of Edinburgh  reports:

If we had spectacles of the right shade of green, we could see leprechauns.
-- Roger Lass, On explaining language change (1980), p. 86

The problem we ourselves have raised to the consciousness of the scholarly community, that of the visibility of snow-bunnies, thus finds a viridescent counterpart.
