Do not bother to
call. She’s planning to celebrate in Botswana. “I thought: ‘What do I really
want to do on my birthday?’ First, get out of Dodge. Second, ride elephants.”
This is good to know. Many happy returns of the day! And to help everyone celebrate, here is
