Frontiers of Marketing


Statistics gathered by the kind offices of YouTube and Amazon have enabled us to put together a profile of two quite disparate groups:

(a) those who, having viewed our videos, went on to buy the book
(b) those who, having viewed those same videos, nevertheless failed to buy the book.

The results are intriguing:

Since there are roughly a thousandfold more potential customers in the latter group than in the former, this presents something of a challenge.
