Omigosh it’s International Pi Day !!

Or rather:  Intergalactic -- nay, Trans-cosmic Pi Day.   For the neat thing about pi is, its value is the same for every age, climate, species, solar system, leaf of the multiverse … or disembodied Possible World.

Pi is not merely the ubiquitous actor in high school geometry;  it is stitched across the whole tapestry of mathematics, not just geometry’s little corner of it.
